All items will be dispatched within 2 business working days. Delivery depends on where you are based so please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time.
Customs:
If you are located outside of the EU, please account for the possible cost of your country's customs and import duty. No Kachi cannot be liable for this cost and is out of our control.
Returns:
Returns are allowed within 28 days on all unworn, unwashed products with all tags and packaging attached.
Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase and returning cost is at the customers own expense.

For hygienic reason some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable including groin guard and mouth guard.
